Start a Project
Start a Project
Tell me what needs to work.
Share the problem, existing systems and the outcome you need. I will use the details to assess fit and scope.
From the first conversation to a useful handover.
Understand
I review the problem, users, existing systems and constraints before proposing a scope.
Define
I agree the first useful workflow, deliverables and acceptance criteria, including what needs separate assessment.
Build and check
I implement in reviewable steps and test the agreed behavior, failure cases and interfaces.
Handover and maintain
I provide the agreed documentation and access handover, then scope maintenance around the actual system.
Practical questions
How do you scope a project?
I start with the business problem, users, existing systems and a useful first workflow. I write deliverables, dependencies and acceptance criteria before estimating the implementation.
How do you choose the technology?
I compare the required behavior, integrations, editing needs and maintenance constraints. I prefer a suitable approach I can verify; unfamiliar or specialist requirements need an explicit assessment.
What testing and documentation are included?
I agree checks with the scope: key user journeys, data transitions, failure handling and relevant accessibility or device behavior. Handover documentation covers the agreed setup and operating needs; maintenance is scoped separately.
